Job Description: Responsible for managing end-to-end execution of marketing programs, from strategic planning phases through creative execution and implementation. Programs may include deliverables across all marketing channels (i.e., events, in-store, print, digital, video, and social media). Manages program schedules and deliverables and pro-actively communicates expectations and milestones to all team members. May manage one or more direct reports assigning their projects and tasks. Job Responsibilities: Creates and publishes comprehensive schedules and sets interim milestone meetings, integrating traditional and digital media touch-points in the process. Proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results Demonstrates ownership/investment in the work; has clear understanding of business goals Routes creative to marketing partners and ensures feedback is clear, actionable and received on time. Manages end-to-end omni-channel marketing programs, across online and offline channels Has a good understanding of budget and co-op funding; tracks program budgets and facilitates conversation between Creative, Marketing and Production if/when costs impact design &/or budget Closely partners upstream during strategic development with Marketing counterparts to ensure cross-functional alignment milestones and timelines for brief development and project kickoffs are met Ensures completion of all assets on the asset list and tracks final hand-offs, development, QA, and live dates Fosters partnerships with Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, Production, Visual Merchandising, Merchants, Store Design, Product Development, Resourcing, and Delivery Management. Clearly and actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle Identifies photo shoot needs across channels and partners with Creative and Content Production for photo shoot execution and retouching milestones Ensures timely execution of all project assets to meet launch dates, and sees through analytics and hind-sighting post campaign launch May mentor one or more direct reports; establishing clear goals for upward career pathing Facilitates passing off all assets to delivery management/production Manages laterally with creative &/or agency partners on timely execution of all assets, inclusive of all derivatives, versions, and translations Job Requirements: Creative project management experience required; agency experience preferred College degree or equivalent experience Effective relationship-building skills; ability to cultivate strong partnerships across functions to bring people together toward common goals and consensus Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheets, Box, Workfront, ProofHQ preferred Strong time management skills; ability to troubleshoot issues, juggle multiple programs, and prioritize Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in leading/facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results 4+ years experience in account, project, or program management in marketing required Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented Job Details: Company: Sephora Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: San Francisco, CA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Jobsvilla.net
