Job Description: Signature is seeking a Director of Marketing (Digital). This is a key leadership position on the Global Marketing team (and the broader Commercial team) with responsibility for overseeing a business function that must evolve and innovate to drive significant value across the entire organization (US + EMEA + ROW). This is a high visibility and specialized role which requires a creative, problem-solving marketing leader with demonstrated experience building foundational digital marketing infrastructure, optimizing ROI and managing full-funnel marketing programs, with a focus on revenue generation in a largely B2B landscape. The individual will be focused on the development, planning and execution of the Company’s long-term marketing strategy over the next 3-5 years and will lead planning, and day-to-day execution of high-impact digital and multi-channel programs. This individual will also be responsible for executing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand engagement among key target segments. This is a cross functional role requiring engagement with teams at all levels, from front-line employees to the Boardroom. Job Responsibilities: Assess external digital opportunities and threats as key inputs to making the best decisions on business strategy given digital realities; Meet departmental and brand expectations inclusive of stretch goals through appropriate resource management and strategic innovative thinking; Translate business strategies and lead a team that is focused on business goals, by brand, balanced with brand positioning Work with Commercial / Marketing leadership to ensure digital strategies accomplish marketing objectives; Ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications (e.g. website, marketing hub, social media, etc.); Generate innovative ideas to increase web traffic and ensure best web practices are being met; Work with IT to manage user experience across platforms, assisting with problem resolution; Support value proposition creation for customers, by identifying gaps, trends and opportunities for success Act as a champion and change agent in leading the organizational changes required to build and sustain digital capabilities; Monitor, analyze and measures the effectiveness of all programs to ensure the maintenance of actional insights, in real time, short term and long term Foster productive relationships with key senior customer decision makers; Evaluate and recommend new optimization methods to improve customer experience; Act as a thought leader on emerging digital business models and technologies, articulating the opportunities internally and externally; Job Requirements: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong quantitative and analytical skills Strong collaborator who can work cross-functionally to achieve objectives; get work done through others, regardless of seniority / reporting relationships Good design aesthetic and a strong ability to judge visual appearance Excellent problem-solving skills – able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to various technical and business issues Superior analytical skills; can build and drive a business case and report success metrics; can translate business case into strategy and tactics; must be able to assemble and interpret data to deliver business insights/reporting Strong management skills- patience, coaching, and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred Experience collaborating with marketing agencies, producing accurate briefs and ensuring a timely delivery of agency outputs Proven background creating / upgrading enterprise digital marketing platforms; Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO/SEM, display, retargeting, etc. Excellent problem solver who can creatively address issues and come up with ways to evolve, improve process; leverage technology to help create sustainable, cost-effective solutions Demonstrated comfort with Web Analytics; Ability to define and report key performance metrics on program’s effectiveness using host of software/reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Tableau, Excel, etc.) Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills Understanding of web-based technologies and tools (HTML, CSS, Photoshop etc.) High degree of internet savvy, with a curiosity and enthusiasm for digital and media trends Job Details: Company: Signature Flight Support Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Orlando, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Jobsvilla.net
