As a cross-utilized agent, you will perform all the functions of a customer service agent and a ramp agent; you may be assigned to work either area on any given day. Job Responsibilities: Closing out cash drawers/accounting functions and providing general customer assistance Marshaling aircraft into parking positions Coordinating with pilots, airline dispatch office, and the customer service department Conduct other duties as assigned Unloading baggage and delivering it to baggage claim area, loading luggage onto departing flights Assisting special needs passengers, loading and unloading carry-on bags, cleaning aircraft cabins, servicing aircraft lavatories, connecting and disconnecting external power generators to the aircraft, boarding catering supplies, performing security functions, preparing aircraft weight and balance paperwork Checking in customers and luggage, selling tickets, making reservations, boarding flights at the departure gate, and meeting arriving flights Assisting customers with claims for delayed or damaged baggage, responding to customer inquiries, and reconciling ticket sales Job Requirements: Must be at be at least 18 years of age Valid Driver’s License Required Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Must have professional appearance Must be able to work any shift; including early or late days, nights, weekends and holidays Must be extremely flexible; willing and able to prioritize Silver work schedule Excellent attendance and punctuality required Minimum 1 year customer service experience Job Details: Company: Silver Airways Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Pensacola, FL Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Jobsvilla.net
