Job Description: OSP seeks a Management and Program Analyst to handle financial, personnel, procurement, space and facilities and related administrative services for an office of approximately 20 employees. Responsibilities include office management, maintain office budget, purchase supplies, prepare reports and forms, maintenance and editing of website, arrange travel, handle human resource actions, and monitor and inventory IT needs of office. Duties are frequently of a confidential nature, and should be handled with utmost discretion, confidentiality, tact, and courtesy.
