Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate and create team materials including: press releases, articles, letters, social media assets, speeches and presentations. Coordinate partnerships with external organizations. Research and analyze what similar offices are doing and provide suggestions for improvement within the office. Coordinate, edit and create market materials. Analyze statistics from a variety of reports and present summaries to management. Review, update and maintain statistics, program materials and historical information for multiple programs. Provide customer support to a variety of customers. Work independently under limited supervision as an active member of a team, and provide backup to other areas of the office, which could include claims processing, report process, processing returned checks, etc.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Effectively manage timelines and projects to ensure deadlines are met, including managing and implementing feedback while having the ability to pivot when plans may change and the ability to handle these changes with professionalism and efficiency, which includes knowing when to elevate issues to management
  • Collaborate with members of your team and partner organizations to maintain consistent voice and style
  • Copy edit and proof work among all areas of the office
  • Willingness and desire to learn new things and help out in in all areas of the office
  • Regularly generate and submit new ideas
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented with the ability to multi-task and handle varying workloads
  • Adaptability to a changing structure
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to give presentations in-person and virtually
  • High level of professionalism in communication and interaction with others
  • Ability to exhibit a positive attitude when interacting with internal staff, customers and other stakeholders
  • Experience with social media, design programs and video editing is a plus, but not required
