Job Description:
The Mission of the Ohio Department of Commerce is promoting prosperity by protecting what matters most. The Division of Administration provides overall leadership and administrative support for all Divisions. The Division includes the Office of Director, Communications, Fiscal, Human Resources, IT, Legal and Legislative Affairs.

Commerce is comprised of seven operating divisions and two standalone programs that span a variety of industries including real estate, liquor, banking, securities, firefighting, construction and skilled trades, and medical marijuana. Through exceptional compliance practices and oversight, Commerce has a direct role in protecting Ohioans.
Job Requirements:
- Previous management experience (required)
- Knowledge of IT service desk tools and best practices (required)
- Strong communication and reporting skills (required)
- Proven troubleshooting skills (required)
- PowerShell (required)
- SCCM administration (required)
- Project management experience (required)
- ITIL (preferred)
- Undergraduate core coursework in computer science, or completion of undergraduate core coursework in any academic major which included at least one course in each of the following: advanced-level computer programming language, logic-based mathematics, data base concepts, computer systems analysis & design, & basic data processing concepts.
