Job Description:

The reporting location for this position is Millerton Lake State Recreation Area in Friant, CA. This position will work under the supervision of the Park Maintenance Chief I.

The primary duties of the Park Maintenance Assistant are housekeeping, facility, and equipment maintenance and grounds keeping. The position is responsible for maintaining the facilities in a clean and sanitary condition, may act as a lead person for seasonal employees, and is responsible for keeping the work site in a safe manner by monitoring the safety of other employees working with them as well as the public.

The incumbent’s work schedule will be Saturday to Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

This position requires a valid California Class “C” Driver’s License.
