Job Description:
Customer service experience required
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
Demonstrate a mastery of all Tesla products and services. Keep up with EV industry trends and local incentives
Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
Ability to work evening hours, weekends and holidays in a retail environment
Bilingual French and English preferred
Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
Job Responsibilities:
Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
Initiates and drives continuous improvements programs with 3PL or internally
Ensures and initiates regular ( daily/weekly/monthly) updates and reporting to management on operations
Escalates functional and process failures to the appropriate support groups and leaders.
Keeping an eye out for best practice in the areas of responsibilities
Analyze the quality of data to determine and drive the desired outcome.
