Initiates and drives continuous improvements programs with 3PL or internally Ensures and initiates regular ( daily/weekly/monthly) updates and reporting to management on operations Escalates functional and process failures to the appropriate support groups and leaders. Keeping an eye out for best practice in the areas of responsibilities Analyze the quality of data to determine and drive the desired outcome.
