Tesla Hiring – Associate Site Security Supervisor

Job Description:

Reporting to the Manager, the Associate Site Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the leadership and administration of security operations at their assigned site. The employee is expected to work with minimal supervision. He or she will provide oversight, general leadership, and direction to security officers. Additionally, employee will partner with key stakeholders to improve the security posture of the site. In the absence or at the direction of the Associate Manager, the employee will assume the role of incident commander during major events.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate emergency response for medical, fire, or other emergency incidents
• Provide leadership, training, and development to security professionals
• Draft SOP, Post Orders, and Policy for manager review
• Assume overall leadership of Security Operations in the absence of the Associate Manager
• Exercise independent judgment in directing the activities of the security officers
• Conduct site assessment surveys and patrols to ensure site integrity
• Partner with HR, Safety, and other stakeholders to resolve security incidents

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of security supervisor, law enforcement, military or emergency response experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Formal training in verbal de-escalation preferred
• Ability to work all shifts including nights and weekends
• Demonstrated ability to lead emergency operations
