Job Description:

Responsible for managing and reviewing the TfL Cyber Security Policies in alignment with ISO27001. Information Security Management System principles; namely annual review and update to comply with changes in regulations and applicable laws. Maintain version controlled documents within a Document Management System.

Be the single point of contact for policies, be the subject matter expert relating to policies and policy compliance, responding to questions regarding policies pan-TFL.

Job Responsibilities:

Confident and articulate.
Owns problems (does not need micromanaging).
Excellent communication / presentation skills.
Must be familiar with Information Security Policies and a recognised standard (such as ISO27001).
Must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders (up to Senior Management).

Must be familiar with Document Management Systems.

Must be able to eliminate complexity and explain complex subjects in an understandable way (not shrouded in jargon / unnecessary acronyms / make the subject accessible).
Must be able to explain complex requirements in simple terms.
Proven track record of success within a large organisation.
