Job Description:

Shopper Assistants help to provide great customer service and a great shopping experience by clearing our parking lots of carts and ensuring carts are available for our customersÕ use when they enter the store, as well as assisting customers to their cars with their purchases.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers to their cars with their purchases
• Ensuring clean and safe floor conditions, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying garbage cans
• Maintaining supply of carts, including retrieval from parking lot and cleaning/securing when necessary
• Replenishing supplies such as bags, register tape, receipts, circulars, and hand baskets
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service

Job Requirements:

• Ability to maintain a friendly and courteous manner and promote sales through excellent customer service
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
