Job Description:

Whether it’s a sandwich, a burrito, or groceries, the Uber Eats team builds technology to connect people with what they want, when and where they want it. Our Sales and Sales Operations teams are on the frontline introducing restaurant partners to Uber Eats and partnering with restaurants to grow our businesses together.

As a Sales Operations & Enablement Intern, you’ll help build and drive Eats UKI’s Strategy for how Uber Eats sells into SMB businesses while also driving the deployment of internal systems to boost efficiency. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that possesses excellent partner management and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communication: keep up channels and lead effective communications with the UKI Sales Teams & Senior Operations Managers, always mindful of the world of the seller
• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive initiatives forward – teamwork is key!
• Project Management: own UKI new hire onboarding program, engaging cross-functional subject matter experts to share expertise in onboarding sessions
• Content Creation: generate process improvement updates & newsletters together with senior stakeholders
• Trainings: support in the creation of materials, supervising attendance & NPS score in all UKI trainings
• Design: support building a cohesive sales operational toolkit through the lens of a seller to re-hone their skills (including playbooks and standard methodology sharing)
• Process Efficiency: support shadowing & listening sessions to define process improvements
• Data: provide data insights to improve internal processes
