Job Description: Fast growing government contractor is seeing Office Manager Administrative Assistant to join our team and assist in organizing and managing administrative needs. USPS Solutions is a small company with roughly 30 workers in 6 states, we are looking to expand that heavily over the next two years. The ideal candidate would have the necessary experience or commiserate education to assist management in the development and implementation of the administrative systems necessary to grow our business. Background in bookkeeping is paramount, and experience with basic office software or intermediate computer programing knowledge preferred. Job Responsibilities: Ensuring database is up to date and accurate, including clerical review of corporate files Basic bookkeeping for the company Assist in tracking and scheduling company assets Assist managers with worker scheduling and securing coverage Assist with recruitment including reviewing applicants and follow up calls Job Requirements: Experience or education in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Our goal with this position is to grow the company and the role.
