Reporting into the PMO Lead, we have an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking PMO Analyst to support us in driving forward a best in class PMO within Change & Delivery Operations. As a PMO Analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing critical guidance and overview at all levels, so high standards of accuracy and excellence is required. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide consultancy as required and helping to embed new/revised processes into the wider Change Community.
• Work in partnership with SPMO and C&D PMO in the ongoing development of best practice and support effective roll out and adoption within C&D Operations.
• Implement governance standards across the team using reviews to ensure improvements, standardisation and efficiency.
• Work in partnership with the Programmes & delivery teams, offering guidance to ensure the programmes are adhering to Change Methodology Policy Standards (CMPS) within the Governance Framework.
• Collate reporting for Change governance forums, ensuring high standards of accuracy and excellence to support executive reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Highly effective communication at all levels
• Positive influencing of stakeholders
• Experience in a PMO role or a good understanding of project delivery methodologies
• Understanding of commercial pressures on the bank
