Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for Producing, Reviewing & sharing data findings from a variety of Reports that address Project Health, Governance & Finance.
- Managing central source data for Business Cases, Finances, Finance reviews & Milestones.
- Provide input to project documents from initiation stage through to implementation including completion of comprehensive project reporting packs for the Project Control Board and/or any other project forum.
- Assist in implementing best practice project management methodology across projects.
- Undertake development and training activities required for the role.
- Facilitate at various Project/Management meetings, compiling reports & trends, as well as building packs and proactively manage accurate actions/decisions through to closure.
- Be responsible for running elements of a work stream, for example assisting with management of risks and issues or the requirements phase, as well as opportunities to lead smaller pieces of project work.
- Provide regular management information and Data that fulfils the needs of all stakeholders and interested parties
- Responsibilities will include supporting Project activities and deliverables across multiple projects, which can range from assisting new starts, raising purchase orders to managing project plans.
- Support the wider groups of Project Managers/Leaders as required with multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- Work closely with the Infrastructure Project Team in a busy and changing environment through various stages of the project & governance lifecycle.
Job Requirements:
- Experience of project reporting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage various Management team / other stakeholder expectations
- Ability to engage effectively at various levels, across internal teams and partner organisations
- Delivery focused and able to work under pressure
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Knowledge/awareness of project management methodologies and processes
- Experience in providing support for projects.
- Experience of positive Senior Stakeholder Engagement
- Experience of reporting to deadlines and established standards.
- Strong Team Player
- Willingness to operate in a flexible environment and embrace change
- Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Experience of working with Technical or Business Teams
