We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to join the team to support our colleagues and People Leaders with a range of situations and queries. The role will be to listen, understand and respond in a purposeful way, sometimes with the support of other subject matter experts from the wider HR team. We have a small but perfectly formed team ready to welcome you and help get you up to speed on what can be a challenging, but ultimately rewarding role.
Job Requirements:
- Experience of providing clear, balanced advice and guidance on a range of HR issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience of working in a coaching environment, we’re here to guide our colleagues to the best outcomes.
- Change is constant, so any experience of supporting through change, whether that be harmonisation of terms and conditions or restructure for example.
- Lead or managed complex colleague issues
- Strong experience of working in a similar role
- Excellent communication & strong social skills to be able to build positive and effective relationships
- A genuine desire to help people
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving
