Job Description:

Create a robust and sustainable coordinated campus community response team (CCRT).
Establish mandatory prevention, intervention and education programs addressing SADVS for all incoming students.
Develop population-specific strategies to address SAVS for underserved population, including individuals with disabilities, LGBTQ+ students, and international students.
Assist students and campus organizations with health/wellness promotions through creative strategies for activities that relate to SADVS prevention.
Establish a campus-wide bystander intervention program.
Work closely with the Vice President for Student Affairs, Assistant Vice President for Campus Life & Diversity, Title X Officer, and Chief of Police tp promote cultural competence and endure effective resources are in place.
Provide supervision, training, delegation and evaluation to the Victim Advocate and student peer leader.
Develop methods, approaches, or procedures to meet program requirements and victim’s needs.
Maintain and review required documentation and data collection.
Oversee grant compliance and required training.
Coordinate the work of the CCRT, attend and participate in regularly scheduled meetings, trainings, and program development.
Provide Training and education to the campus community and community partners in responding to SADVS reports and incidents.
Manages grant budget and endures compliance with federal and state guidelines.
Responsible for implementation of Office of Violence Against Women (OVW) grant collaboration; establish and maintain an effective and sustainable CCRT; endure compliance with OVW requirements.
Oversee agreements with internal and external campus partners and collaborate to provide confidential victim services and advocacy.
Create and maintain annual training systems for university administrators, faculty, staff, police and security, residence life personnel, student conduct personnel, and the campus community for SADVS reporting, advocacy, intervention, and prevention.
Work with the CCRT and internal/external campus partners on grant proposals, program implementation, and assessments as needed.
Attend required Training and Technical Assistance institutes.
Complete quarterly and annual reports for federal and state grant programs.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, semester, and annual reports as requested.
Maintain database of reports for assessment and reporting.
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education or related filed.
Experience working in a residential college environment.
Experience developing and implanting goals, learning outcomes and assessment program.
Certification in a SADVS area
Experience in grant writing and reporting.  Experience working with SADVS.

nowledge of best practices for prevention training, victim services and the criminal process.

Experience in project management and facilitation skills.

Master’s degree in Human Services or similar field.
