Job Description:
As a Total Reward Specialist you will drive total reward processes and provide total reward insight enabling the delivery of the Group’s reward strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Reward Specialist you would be key in supporting the development and implementation of an effective total reward strategy with the aim being attracting, retaining, engaging people and promoting wellbeing in all areas and levels.
- Providing total reward insight to the business informed by external and internal analysis, contextualised for YBSG.
- Acting as subject matter expert and project lead on specific group wide change projects – working in collaboration with the wider reward and governance team.
- Focus on continuous improvement of reward in YBS, identifying potential areas for change based on internal and external insights.
- Support with the participation in annual reward surveys (HAY, Towers Watson etc.
- Supporting the provision of reward MI and insight relevant for all regulatory requirements.
- Pro-actively building reward capability within the People division and wider reward team.
- Facilitating job evaluation and benchmarking process across YBS.
Job Requirements:
- Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to converse with senior stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to analyse and interpret MI and deliver the MI in a format to suit your audience.
- Hay role evaluation experience.
- Previous experience of pay benchmarking.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills – ability to see and interpret patterns and trend to enable us to be a step ahead and have a strong affiliation with numbers.
- Proven analytical experience, preferably gained from a reward or related function.
