Job Description:

As the main point of contact, Client Service Coordinators are tasked with ensuring our Aircraft Management clients enjoy a first-class experience. You will be dealing with high-net-worth clientele and their representatives in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. This position will support the Account Management team and will be for the overnight shift.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Heavy e-mail correspondence
  • Main point of contact for Personal Assistants and client representatives
  • Distribute itineraries
  • Arrange ground transportation and catering for passengers
  • Book, cancel, and modify trip requests
  • Contact FBOs to arrange after-hours static displays and other services
  • Back-up Account Managers
  • Trouble-shoot, anticipate, and advise clients of possible trip disruptions
  • Flight follow trip movements
  • Assist with the coordination/streamlining for special events such as the Super Bowl, The Masters,and the Kentucky Derby

Job Requirements:

  • Team player with the flexibility to perform different roles, as needed
  • Ability to think outside-the-box
  • Background in private aviation operations with a focus on customer service, preferred
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to fulfill shift/coverage requirements
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all internal and external correspondence
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
