Job Description:
As the main point of contact, Client Service Coordinators are tasked with ensuring our Aircraft Management clients enjoy a first-class experience. You will be dealing with high-net-worth clientele and their representatives in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. This position will support the Account Management team and will be for the overnight shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Heavy e-mail correspondence
- Main point of contact for Personal Assistants and client representatives
- Distribute itineraries
- Arrange ground transportation and catering for passengers
- Book, cancel, and modify trip requests
- Contact FBOs to arrange after-hours static displays and other services
- Back-up Account Managers
- Trouble-shoot, anticipate, and advise clients of possible trip disruptions
- Flight follow trip movements
- Assist with the coordination/streamlining for special events such as the Super Bowl, The Masters,and the Kentucky Derby
Job Requirements:
- Team player with the flexibility to perform different roles, as needed
- Ability to think outside-the-box
- Background in private aviation operations with a focus on customer service, preferred
- Available to work a flexible schedule to fulfill shift/coverage requirements
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all internal and external correspondence
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
