If you love creativity and designing product for the GENZ customer, researching the latest trends and want to be part of a fast-paced fashion forward brand then this may be the role for you.

The Design Team look for inspiration all around the world, along with street style, vintage shopping, music, art, catwalks and social media, to design the latest product for the range. It’s all about newness and finding and designing the most exciting product for our GENZ customer, whatever their style.

Job Responsibilities:

Previous experience of direct sourcing from fabric mills with knowledge of cut and construction.
Wants to travel in the UK for Supplier meetings and Inspirational purposes, international development travel.
Previous experience designing multi-product in an aspirational brand or high street retailer.

Strong organization skills and able to use their initiative and to work in a high-pressured environment
A Strong fashion handwriting and understanding of the COLLUSION customer.
The ability to build great relationships with colleagues across the business and suppliers alike
Familiarity with Photoshop, Adobe, CAD
The passion for fashion and who is passionate about the product
