Job Responsibilities:

-Identify matters that are hindering affordable housing transactions and opportunities to enhance preservation, and provides overall policy direction to resolve issues and promote efficient operations.
-Oversee the analysis of transactions, participating in the creation of guidance on programs and transactions, tracking progress toward goals, and ensuring that matters that would mitigate current issues and/or enhance program operations are receiving adequate attention from the necessary staff.
-Represent the Branch in meetings held within Housing and HUD and with outside parties, providing authoritative guidance on the activities of the Branch.
-Participate in the Office of Recapitalization Loan and Approval Committees.

Job Requirements:

The official duty station for this position will be in Washington, District of Columbia. Failure to report to duty at this location may be grounds for a disciplinary action, including removal.
