RBS India Jobs – Finance Stress Test Manager

Job Description:

As a Finance Stress Test Manager, you’ll be leading the transformation initiative of stress testing finance P&L and balance sheet related  requirements. This will include all regulatory and internal requirements, ensuring appropriate review, analysis and governance and sign-off is in place. You’ll effectively build relationships with key stakeholders, to make sure that all facets of the ICAAP reporting, including economic capital, stress testing and Pillar II processes, are in-line with business and executive requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Acting as the primary regulatory engagement point in respect of all finance stress testing deliverables
• Functioning as a tableau expert to lead transformation initiatives across performance and planning with special focus on developing BI & MI across  stress testing income, capital and balance sheet
• Leading the interpretation and validation of stress scenario metrics for use in the finance stress testing model
• Reporting meaningful stress tests, which provide insight to senior management and the executive committee regarding the current trajectory of the strategy
• Documenting and coordinating all the inputs into the ICAAP and stress testing reports, frameworks and polices

Job Requirements:

• A proven track record of executing, designing and developing tableau projects
• A background of working in a finance or risk role with delivering to deadlines
• Sound decision making skills and the ability to exercise good judgement under pressure while looking forward and identifying the possibility of any risks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualification & Experience:

• A degree level qualification in a finance, treasury or risk related field
