Job Description:

You will work focussed on helping our customers to adopt our digitised journeys to self-serve their needs with our products, prioritising your time against business needs. The strategy must include long term as well as short term goals, to ensure that we are setting ourselves up for long term success and not focused just on immediate delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop appropriate lead campaign messaging for products/services, which forms the foundation of all marketing comms in its respective sector/product(s) vertical across paid, owned and earned media
  • Working with the appropriate channel/media owners and the Performance team manage continuous improvement taking appropriate action to dive forward
  • Take a test, learn, and refine approach to activity where appropriate ensuring that IP is captured, stored, and shared
  • Work collaboratively with our wider Customer colleagues to understand our product portfolio, key product features and the commercial drivers that impact our P&L, customer segmentation, primary customer targets and our direct channel mix
  • Analyse and interrogate data to better target, personalise and drive sales across paid, owned and earned media
  • Work collaboratively with the planners, channel experts and agencies to build out and execute ROI+ product campaigns
  • Responsible for overseeing the implementation of relevant regulation and managing compliance sign-off process via the partner (where necessary) and the internal teams involved

Job Requirements:

  • Exposure to implementation of regulations e.g. GDPR and T&Cs is highly desirable
  • Strategic vision- passion for digital products coupled with the ability to create drive and champion a long-term vision in line with business strategy
  • Data driven – a drive for the use of product/ channel metrics to prioritise a roadmap effectively and the ability to use data and insight appropriately to make informed decisions, consistently monitoring product/ channel performance using both quantitative and qualitative measures – where required.
  • Well organised and able to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Highly numerate, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent team player with ability to working closely with others to deliver results
