Job Description:
The purpose of the role is to support the delivery of the change activities, undertake data analysis, support system testing, and ultimately, ensure the smooth transition of key activities to business as usual.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse MI Reports and discuss with business units
- Create reports and analysis to support specific requests from business units
- Develop and maintain a standard suite of regular reports to drive decision making
- Monitor the external threat horizon, ensuring that industry developments are being incorporated
- Supporting records management consultants implement records management procedures and controls
- Supporting records management consultants in the specification, design, testing, and assurance of projects
- Supporting records management consultants to ensure risks are effectively managed and reported
- Support records management consultants maintain policies, frameworks, and guidance material
- Supporting records management consultants with business unit queries & training activity
Job Requirements:
- Well organised and able to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines
- Highly numerate, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent team player with ability to working closely with others to deliver results
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with anyone in any environment, e.g. able to translate complex / technical issues to meet the audience’s competency level
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience of working in the financial services industry preferred but not essential
