Job Responsibilities:
- Advise Regional VPs and Store Management on HR policies and their interpretation and application.
- Ensure the Company’s compliance with laws affecting employment.
- Assist in administering discipline.
- Assist in managing involuntary terminations.
- Assist with leaves of absence.
- Work with the HR Team to create best practices.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
