Job Description:

We’re looking for a Branch Office Administrator to:

  • support the branch management team administratively
  • assist with resolving client issues
  • communicate and implement our administrative and risk management guidelines and policies

Job Responsibilities:

  • support the hiring process and maintain all HR functions, including payroll for support staff
  • assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees
  • coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities

Job Requirements:

  • proven written and verbal communication skill
  • passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
  • self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations
  • independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action

Qualification & Experience:

  • ideally 1-3 years of relevant branch operations experience
