Job Description: This position is located within the Immigration Records and Identity Services Directorate, National Records Center Division, National Records Center Executive Staff, Immigration Information Integrity Branch, Immigration Records Contract Management Section. As an Immigration Services Analyst, you will be charged with translating the laws, regulations, policies, and/or practices of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services for millions of individuals every year. Job Responsibilities: Plan and implement management analysis and technical direction of records program and activities impacting field and Service Center activities or operations. Perform contract oversight activities like statistical research and performance measurement in support of the Records Operations Support Services (ROSS) contract. Recommend solutions regarding contractor performance issues; act as a liaison with onsite management or authorized representatives of the contractor. Facilitate and/or conduct training to USCIS staff and contractors on standardized procedures and processes. Implement and monitor management information systems; Run/develop ad hoc local access databases with queries collecting information from local and agency level systems.
