Job Description:
As a Barclays Onboarding Business Partner, you will be the driving force behind the end to end processing of all new client onboarding and account applications within appropriate service levels. The Onboarding Business Partner Team is part of the UK & Ireland Private Bank Team. They Provide an excellent client experience whilst also ensuring that Barclays meets its obligations regarding Know Your Customer and other relevant external regulations and internal policies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing clients in a personable and professional manner from prospect stage through to the opening of accounts
- Acting as a role model in respect of procedural requirements and have input into the Client Due Diligence policy and procedure development
- Working in close co-ordination with Front Office, Operations and the relevant Risk and Financial Crime departments across the business
- Ensuring that client onboarding files meet the required Barclays policy and regulatory standards
- Assisting the Onboarding Platform Delivery Manager and Support Manager with ad-hoc queries, projects and management of the team’s workflow when needed
- Providing a tailored, accurate and swift assistance to the client, ensuring a timely, smooth and positive onboarding experience
- Managing the end to end client Onboarding into Barclays Private Bank UK & Ireland
Job Requirements:
- Client facing experience in a previous role
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience of working within a Risk or Onboarding function
- Ability to manage and prioritise large workloads
- Well-versed interpersonal skills when dealing with Bankers and Clients
- Excellent problem Solving skills
