Job Description:

  • We are seeking talented individuals with experience in Workforce Transformation to help deliver engagements that design and shape the future workforce and employee experience for our clients, taking a data and evidence led approach
  • Our Workforce Transformation team within People Consulting help our clients to navigate complex challenges through identification and adoption of workforce strategy, skills, workforce mix, employee experience, location, change management and more.
  • An expanding area for us, and a hot topic for many of our clients, you will have the opportunity to shape our Workforce Transformation offering and develop our capability.
  • You will be working closely with FTSE 100 clients across a broad range of industries including Energy, Telecoms, Retail, Life Sciences and Aerospace & Defence.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager in our team we will expect you to:

  • Be a mentor and/or buddy for more junior or new colleagues to help them develop
  • Be proactive and enthusiastic in helping us to develop our Workforce Transformation propositions, assets and community
  • Build and manage relationships with clients on a daily basis
  • Build your network across KPMG to help promote the services of our team
  • Work on projects where you will often lead a workstream within in a larger programme, focused supporting our clients with their Workforce Transformation challenges

Job Requirements:

  • Excel/data modelling skills and/or experience with workforce management and analytics tools such as Microsoft WPA, Kronos, Retain, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlickview, Splunk.
  • Experience with virtual collaboration tools such as Miro and Sli.do
  • Experience Design & Design Thinking skills including journey mapping, personas, insights gathering and ideation
  • Experience working on projects, designing and facilitating workshops, producing outputs and managing stakeholders
  • You will have technical experience in helping clients deliver value across a number of our key Workforce Transformation and Employee
  • Experience proposition areas, with experience in at least a couple of the following:
