Job Responsibilities:

This position is located within the Office of Business Requirements and Analysis, Office of the Deputy Commissioner for Trademark Administration, Office of the Commissioner, United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The Office of Business Requirements and Analysis team will focus on financial and personnel components of enterprise-wide business unit IT development efforts. This team will also be tasked with providing program and project management support in the development and implementation of technical business solutions for the Trademark Business Unit which entails communications, collaboration, technology practices/development/processes, and system/business analysis required to support delivering information technology services and solutions to the Trademarks Business Unit; acting as an interface between users and hardware/software providers; evaluating and advising user concerns in order to provide solutions; developing and implementing automated systems to meet goals in the registration and maintenance of Trademarks; and advising leadership of the technical requirements and tools required to support the USPTO in meeting organizational goal and objectives.

Job Requirements:

You must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
You must meet the definition of specialized experience.
Required to pass a background investigation and fingerprint check.
Must be registered for Selective Service, if applicable (www.sss.gov)
You must be suitable for Federal employment.
You must meet time-in-grade requirements.
